Hip and laid back with a vibrant music scene, Amagansett is also a destination for surf, yoga, and health food enthusiasts. In the heart of this hamlet is a small shopping and restaurant district that offers unique and tony goods from a variety of independent retailers.

Very close to the beach, the vibe here is decidedly casual and cool. This little town is favored among celebrities for its low key, private energy. Homes here on the “lanes” are highly desirable and their architecture ranges from traditional to a modern, edgy blend of styles.

North of the highway in Amagansett are expansive farms, and more funky hidden finds which include public but near-secret bay beaches. Just before the stretch of highway to Montauk, houses along the Amagansett Dunes are quiet, beach neighborhoods with small lots that are increasingly desirable.
