Southampton
Settled in 1640 and incorporated in 1894, the Town of Southampton ranges from Westhampton Beach to Sagaponack, is comprised of several unique villages, hamlets, and borders a Native American Reservation. Preservation of the area’s history is prided and a great deal of information on local Landmarks and Historic Districts is readily available.
The Village of Southampton is home to a charming colonial central shopping and dining district. Nearby, tree lined streets guide you through grand estates and lead to incredible ocean beaches. With a vibrant year round community, housing options range from the ultra-luxe and ultra-modern waterfront mansions to traditional cedar shingled homes to quaint summer cottages and apartments.
